RETURN & REFUNDS POLICY
At Akatonbo, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and exceptional customer service. We understand that sometimes, despite our best efforts, a product may not meet your expectations.
Returns: We accept returns on US orders within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at tony.williams@akatonbo.shop with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond with specific return instructions. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
Exchanges: If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for a new one. Please email us at tony.williams@akatonbo.shop within 14 days of receiving the item to initiate the exchange process.
Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
