RETURN & REFUNDS POLICY

At Akatonbo, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and exceptional customer service. We understand that sometimes, despite our best efforts, a product may not meet your expectations. In such cases, we have a comprehensive return and refunds policy in place to ensure your satisfaction.

Returns:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Exchanges:

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for a new one. Please contact our customer service team  (tonyakatonbo@gmail.com) within 30 days of receiving the item to initiate the exchange process.

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
